Grit

Formed in 2024 by Dutch underground black metal legends Freek (known for his lead-guitar work in bands like Sator Malus) and Dirk (drummer for bands such as Sator Malus and Depredation). They wanted to create something new: raw and in-your-face death metal. After a year of song writing it was time to complete the band. Jasper (ex-guitarist of ALABASTER) joined their band first with his “Corpsegrinder-esque” vocals. Soon after, Pjotr and Bas joined as well, together with their powerful playstyles on the rhythm- and bass-guitar. And so there was Grit.
